As per FASANOC’s Selection Justification Policy, “Athletes and Team Officials hoping to be a part of Team Fiji to the 2022 Commonwealth Games have an opportunity to appeal their non-selection over another athlete.
As per FASANOC’s Selection Justification Policy, “Athletes and Team Officials have an opportunity to appeal their non-selection over another athlete.
The appellant shall appeal in writing, clearly stating his/her reasons why he/she should be selected over the other athlete.
On this occasion, for Team Officials and Athletes listed HERE, the appeal shall be lodged with the Secretary General/CEO of FASANOC at Fiji Olympic House within 48 hours (i.e. 9am Monday 20th June) of the announcement of the decision against which the appeal is made.
Any Athlete or Official wishing to submit an appeal to the FASANOC APPEALS TRIBUNAL shall do so on the clear understanding that the decision of the Appeals Tribunal shall be binding on all parties.”
FASANOC will accept written appeals lodged at Fiji Olympic House or emailed to lorraine@fasanoc.org.fj (Subject APPEAL) BY 9AM MONDAY, 20 JUNE, 2022.
