OSEP Consultancy & Training Services
ONOC’s Oceania Sport Education Programme (OSEP) is establishing a database of consultants and trainers that can provide consultancy and training services on specific technical areas.
This is to team up with OSEP to help achieve the goals of its new Strategy for 2021-2024 across the 15 Pacific national membership of ONOC.
About OSEP
The Oceania Sport Education Programme (OSEP) is an innovative Pacific-led sport education programme that has transformed and complemented capacity and capability development within the sports sector in the Pacific region.
The programme offers a cost-effective solution to build the capacity of Pacific-based coaches, administrators and trainers utilising a regional approach of collaboration.
It is currently delivered across 15 Pacific Island countries, namely, American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.

We are looking for trainers and consultants that can provide consultancy & training services on specific Technical Areas as follows:
HOW TO APPLY
Individual Consultants or Universities/Education Institutes based outside the 15 Pacific nations will need to partner with locally-based consultant(s) /Universities/Education Institutes to be eligible. All interested individuals or consultancy businesses are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by:
(a) completing all 4 Parts (A, B, C and D) of the EOI Form (Click here to download)
(b) attaching copies of relevant documents such as CV, and evidence of past consultancies, to substantiate your details in the form.
The EOI Form must be sent to onoc@onoc.org.fj by midnight (Fiji Time), Friday June 11, 2021. Inquiries can be sent to the above email address as well.
The objective of this EOI is to establish a database of available consultants and should not be construed in any way as an offer of contract or obligation by ONOC to procure your services.
About ONOC
Established in 1981, the Oceania National Olympic Committees (ONOC) is one of five Continental Associations. It looks after the interests of 17 member nations in the Oceania Region, including Australia and New Zealand as well as seven associate members.
ONOC has an office in Guam where Secretary General Mr. Ricardo Blas is based and the Secretariat in Suva, Fiji, where the Office of the President Dr Robin Mitchell is located.
All services and programmes are based on the ONOC Strategic Plan for 2018-2021, and its 4 Core Functions of (1) Building and Strengthening NOCs Capacity (2) Cultivating Strategic Partnerships (3) Contributing towards Sporting Excellence and (4) Leading by Example.
