FASANOC is excited to invite applications for the Women in Sport High-Performance Pathway (WISH) Programme, a groundbreaking initiative funded by Olympic Solidarity (OS). This programme is designed to empower and develop women high-performance coaches, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to excel on the global stage, including the World Championships and the Olympic Games.
This 21-month leadership programme offers an exclusive opportunity for aspiring and current women high-performance coaches to gain world-class training, mentorship, and international exposure. If you are passionate about coaching and committed to advancing your career in high-performance sport, this programme is for you!
What’s in it for you?
· Develop LeadershipCompetencies: Gain the skills to navigate thechallenges of coaching at an elite level.
· Sport-Specific Training& Mentorship: Work with InternationalFederations and experienced mentors to refine your expertise.
· Build Confidence: Learn to identify your strengths, pursue your goals, and advocatefor yourself and others.
Programme Overview:
· Self-assessment and 360-degreefeedback on leadership and coaching skills.
· Five-day residential session inthe UK: 28 July - 1 August 2025.
· Eight online leadershipsessions: 8 September 2025 - 2 November2026.
· Eight leadership mentorshipsessions.
· Four sport-specific mentorship sessions.
Who Can Apply? (Selection Criteria)
· Must be from an Olympic Sport
· Aged 18 and over.
· Currently or potentially partof a national delegation to major events (Regional/Continental Games, WorldChampionships, YOG, Olympic Games).
· Involved or able to integrateinto national programmes that qualify athletes for high-level competitions.
· No history of anti-doping,safeguarding, or ethics violations.
· Commitment to completing thefull programme.
· Proficient in English (minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
How to Apply?
1. Submit your Expression of Interest and include:
-Your sporting background; competitions/games attended, dates and location, medals won (if any) etc.

2. Submit CV/Resume and necessarysupporting documents i.e. any certifications referenced in your CV.
3. Submit copy of valid passportbiodata page (must be valid until after 1 February 2026)
