This back to back win is an incredible feat and one that is shared by all. It is absolutely understandable that you may want to join in the support by using the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games logos and registered trademarks/wordmarks by wearing facemasks, t-shirts, decals and stickers and other such merchandise.
Please note, the use of the Olympic symbol, Tokyo 2020, Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games emblems, FASANOC emblems, any and all Tokyo 2020 images and protected International Olympic Committee properties are not permitted without prior written authorization.
The use of the Olympic Rings logo or Tokyo 2020 imagery without permission for commercial or advertising purposes is a breach of the global trademarks and allowable use.
Only Official Olympic Partners, Tokyo 2020, FASANOC and the Fiji Paralympic Committee in the territory of Fiji, have the right to use these signage or imagery in their communications. A right they have earned by providing the products, services and financial support that helped to make the Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team Fiji’s participation at both these Games possible.
We trust that the rights of these stakeholders are respected. Failure to do so may result in legal action being taken.
