Swimming wraps up the Fiji Games

Rotuma top the medal tally in Swimming at the Fiji Games

Swimming was the last sport to complete the Fiji Games competition with a final national record set by Temafa Yalimaiwai (Rotuma) in the 100m Butterfly event of 57.40s beating his own previous record of 57.74s.

Exciting 4x100m Freestyle relays ended the program with Rotuma beating Suva in both the Men's and Women's events.

Overall Swimming Results by District:

1st - Rotuma: 20 Gold, 11 Silver, 11 Bronze
2nd - Nadi: 14 Gold, 20 Silver, 17 Bronze
3rd -  Suva: 8 Gold, 11 Silver, 6 Bronze
