The Fiji Olympic Committee mourns the passing of Kevan Gosper AO, a distinguished athlete and sports administrator, who passed away on 19 July 2024. His profound impact on the Olympic movement and his contributions to Fiji and the Pacific region will be remembered and celebrated.

Kevan Gosper's illustrious career began as a silver medalist in the 4x400 meters relay at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics. His transition to sports administration saw him serve as President of the Australian Olympic Committee and the first President of the Oceania National Olympic Committees (ONOC).
